By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the ku9 website or mobile platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with the services provided by ku9.

ku9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and our responsibility to registered users.

To register and use ku9's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Gambling by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited on this platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person, business, or third party.
• You must not be classified as a problem gambler or have voluntarily excluded yourself from any gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must hold a valid payment method accepted by ku9, such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, in your own name.

ku9 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ku9 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Specifically, you must:

• Never share your username or password with any other person.

• Ensure your registered email address and phone number remain current and accessible at all times.

ku9 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this section.

ku9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods available to Bangladeshi players. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment-related terms apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours, subject to successful identity verification and account review.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• ku9 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, including requests for supporting documentation.

Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the user. ku9 does not charge platform-side currency conversion fees, but your payment provider may apply their own rates.

ku9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and may require an opt-in action such as entering a promo code at deposit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku9 platform. Any user found engaging in prohibited activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other third-party program to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or ku9 staff to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any communication with ku9.

All content on the ku9 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of ku9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the ku9 platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of ku9 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku9, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.

Without limiting the above, ku9 accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any other intangible losses directly or indirectly related to your use of the ku9 platform.
• Gambling losses sustained on the platform in the normal course of wagering — these are an inherent and accepted risk of using a gaming service.
• Any disruption to services caused by events outside of ku9's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party payment provider failures.

ku9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered users via the email address on file.

Your continued use of ku9 following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions means you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with principles of fair dealing and internationally recognized standards of online gaming regulation.
