About ku9 – Built for Bangladesh

Who We Are

ku9 was founded with a single purpose: to give Bangladeshi players a genuinely trustworthy, feature-rich online gaming home. From Dhaka to Chittagong, from Sylhet to Cox's Bazar, millions of sports fans and casino enthusiasts across Bangladesh deserve a platform that respects their local context — their preferred payment apps, their love of cricket, and their need for a fast mobile experience. ku9 was built to meet every one of those needs under one roof.

Since our launch, ku9 has grown into one of the most talked-about gaming platforms among Bangladeshi players. Our team combines deep knowledge of the local market with world-class gaming technology, delivering a seamless experience whether you are cheering on the Bangladesh Tigers in a BPL match, spinning the reels on a Pragmatic Play slot, or joining a live dealer table powered by Evolution Gaming. We do not just offer games — we offer an entire sporting and gaming culture, shaped around Bangladesh.

Our Mission & Values

Our mission is straightforward: deliver a safe, fair, and entertaining gaming environment that Bangladeshi players can rely on day after day. We measure success not by the number of games we list, but by the trust our players place in us every time they log in.

• Transparency — clear terms, honest odds, and no hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals
• Security — SSL-encrypted connections and strict data privacy for every account
• Fairness — all games use certified RNG technology so every outcome is genuinely random
• Inclusivity — a platform for players from Dhaka, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur and everywhere in between
• Responsibility — we support safe, mindful gaming and provide tools to help players stay in control

What Makes ku9 Different

Built for Bangladeshi Players

ku9 is not a generic international casino that simply translates its interface. We designed this platform from the ground up with the Bangladeshi player in mind. Our payment options centre on the apps Bangladeshis already use — bKash, Nagad and Rocket — so depositing feels as natural as sending money to a friend. Our sports betting section leads with cricket because cricket is the heartbeat of Bangladeshi sport, from the national team's international campaigns to the excitement of the BPL season.

Beyond cricket we cover football, kabaddi, hockey and a growing range of international sports. Inside the casino you will find hundreds of slots from top providers, live dealer tables open around the clock, and fast-paced crash games. Every part of ku9 is built for a mobile screen, loading quickly even on a standard 4G connection, because we know that most of our players in Mymensingh, Sylhet or Barisal are playing on their phones rather than a desktop computer.

Playing Responsibly at ku9

ku9 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable pastime, not a source of stress or financial difficulty. Our platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We provide deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options so every player can set boundaries that work for them.

If you ever feel that gaming is affecting your daily life, finances or relationships, please reach out to our support team. We take every concern seriously and will work with you to find a solution. You can also visit our Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance, tools and support resources.

Payments Made for Bangladesh

Forget international bank transfers and complicated currency conversions. At ku9 you deposit and withdraw in Bangladeshi Taka using the apps and banks you already trust. Transactions are processed quickly — most deposits are instant — and our minimum deposit is kept low so every player can join in, regardless of their budget.

The Road Ahead

ku9 is not standing still. We are continuously expanding our game library, improving platform performance, and rolling out new features that our players ask for — faster withdrawals, richer live-betting markets, and more frequent bonuses tied to Bangladesh's biggest sporting moments, from Independence Day celebrations to T20 tournament finals. Every update is guided by player feedback from the people who use ku9 every day.

We are proud of what ku9 has become and even more excited about where it is heading. Thank you for being part of the ku9 community. Whether you are a cricket fan in Dhaka, a slots enthusiast in Chittagong, or a live casino regular from Rajshahi — this platform was built for you.
